CAGLCC's Annual Dinner a Huge Success

LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD HONORS MITCHELL GOLD

This is the first year CAGLCC gave a a lifetime achievement award. The recipient of this first award was business leader and activist Mitchell Gold.

In 1989, Gold and his business partner created a residential furniture manufacturing company, known as Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, based in Taylorsville, North Carolina. Gold’s years of marketing experience with his partner’s talents as an art director set the course for the company and changed the furniture industry. Just nine years later, Inc. magazine positioned The Mitchell Gold Company at number 57 on its list of the 500 fastest growing private companies.
