CAGLCC President Mentioned in The Washington Business Journal

District-based Signal Financial Federal Credit Union expanded its business lending department last month when it hired Ken White from M&T Bank. White, who is vice president of branch operations and business development, was hired to jump-start Small Business Administration lending at the organization, which has $272.5 million in assets.
