Overview

g-life is a consumer exposition designed to entertain, educate and inform the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Allied community of the vast businesses, products and services geared to Washington DC’s LGBT community. This one-day event, produced by the Capital Area Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce provides an opportunity for national corporations, local companies, restaurants, and LGBT organizations to showcase their commitment to the community and how their products, services, and programs positively impact the LGBT marketplace.

The event is exciting and multifaceted. Multiple points of attraction, interactive learning, corporate giveaways, innovative displays, educational seminars, and live entertainment- all happening simultaneously to energize, enlighten and inspire g-life participants. Admission is free to all. The epicenter, Metropolis, celebrates all the richness and diversity the LGBT community encompasses. As in any burgeoning city, Metropolis features many different boroughs. Main areas include the clothing district, restaurant row, the furniture district, gallery alley, and many more.
