Ackerman, Managing Partner, Ackerman Legal PLLC, represented Brown Naff Pitts Omnimedia, Inc., doing business as DCAgenda, in the acquisition of the assets of the Washington Blade, the nation's oldest LGBT newspaper including, but not limited to, any and all rights to the exclusive use of the name The Washington Blade including copyright and trademark rights and the more than forty (40) year print and electronic archive

The CAGLCC, Metro DC's LGBT Chamber of Commerce, mission is to advocate, promote and facilitate the success of LGBT businesses and their allies in the Metro DC region.
